Speaker A:

And I love this.

Speaker A:

This is hilarious.

Speaker A:

I'm a nerd, so I really appreciate this.

Speaker A:

They took statistics from Instacart, Door Dash and other places where you can buy candy online and the statistics are available.

Speaker A:

Then they looked at things like population density to try to figure out how many houses the average trick or treater are going to hit.

Speaker A:

Here are the 10 most popular, most desired Halloween candies and the odds of getting at least one of them on Halloween night.

Speaker A:

These are the top 10.

Speaker A:

And coming in at number 10, Gummy Bears, 33% Twix.

Speaker A:

33% Milky Way, 45% Halloween.

Speaker A:

Hershey's 50%.

Speaker A:

A 50, 50 shot of some Hershey's.

Speaker A:

Number six, Sour Patch Kids, 55% chance to get those number five Snickers.

Speaker A:

Rounding out the top five, Kit Kats at 60%, M&M's at 62%.

Speaker A:

Peanut M&Ms, which are more popular than regular M and M's at 65%.

Speaker A:

And the most popular, the most desired Halloween candy is, of course, the Rees Peanut Butter Cup.

Speaker A:

And there is a 50.

Speaker A:

No, a 67% chance of getting Reese's.

Speaker A:

At least some Reese's Peanut Butter Cups in the Halloween bucket when you go out trick or treating.

Speaker A:

Now, on the flip side, the least desirable candy for many people is candy corn.

Speaker A:

A 23% chance of getting some candy corn in the bag.

Speaker A:

And.

Speaker A:

Oh, goodness, no, there is.

Speaker A:

I know some people do this.

Speaker A:

There is a 4% chance that your little trick or treater will haul home a box of raisins.

Speaker A:

Listen up for old Haystack, Crack open the mower and six pack.

Speaker A:

Take a look at the top six things that are worse to get trick or treating than raisins.

Speaker A:

Number six.

Speaker A:

And expired medications.

Speaker A:

Number five, a spiral notebook filled with poems that you wrote in high school.

Speaker A:

Speaker A:

They might have a little bit of number 15 sauce left on them.

Speaker A:

That's my favorite.

Speaker A:

And the number one thing that's even worse.

Speaker A:

Worse for your kid to get when trick or treating than a box of raisins.

Speaker A:

Jared From Subway's phone number.
