So, the latest scoop? The U.S. military just sunk some Iranian mine-laying ships 'cause, ya know, oil’s gotta flow! But with gas prices about to hit $200 a gallon, things aren’t looking too peachy. I’m serving up our top 6 signs that this war is going south faster than a snowman in July! From presidential speeches that make you go “huh?” to spy returns that sound like a punchline, we’re keeping it light while we sift through the serious stuff! Takeaways:

  • When gas prices hit $200 a gallon, you know we've got a problem, folks!
  • If the President's speech has you confused, it's probably a bad sign, right?
  • Seeing the four-year anniversary of the war that's still dragging on? Yikes!
  • A spy saying "things are bad" as their first words? Not exactly reassuring, am I right?
  • Voting and getting an I voted turban instead of a sticker? Uh-oh, that's a major red flag!
  • If Epstein files are the focus instead of the war, we're in deep trouble, my friends!

Speaker A:

It is haystack and the war between Iran, Israel and the United States continues to escalate across the Middle East.

Speaker A:

And there are new developments unfolding basically every day at this point.

Speaker A:

The latest, as I perused some headlines earlier, the US military says it has destroyed multiple Iranian mine laying vessels near the Strait of Hormuz, which is a critical shipping route for global oil supplies.

Speaker A:

The move kind of came amid fears that Iran would mine the strait to did disrupt all the oil shipments, of course.

Speaker A:

Global markets and shipping concerns around the Strait of Hormuz have driven up gas prices.

Speaker A:

Tanker traffic through that strait sharply declined and both sides are continuing military actions.

Speaker A:

Political tensions are rising.

Speaker A:

One of the most frustrating things about being American for the last, I don't know, to be honest with you, couple of decades is it's so hard to tell what news is fake news and what news is real news.

Speaker A:

So many news outlets either, either just tell the side of the story they want you to hear or tell stuff that's not just good old fashioned down the middle news is hard to find sometimes and that can be frustrating.

Speaker A:

So I don't know whether the war is going great or not, but I've come up with six signs that will tell us if the war is not going well.

Speaker A:

Yeah, that's right.

Speaker A:

It's an Iran war edition of the morning six pack the top six signs that will tell us the Iran war is not going well.

Speaker A:

Number six is $200 a gallon gas.

Speaker A:

Yeah, that's, that's gonna be a bad sign.

Speaker A:

Number five, the President says don't worry but also says don't relax, that's, that's a bad sign.

Speaker A:

If a presidential speech starts that way.

Speaker A:

Number four, we see the four year anniversary of the announcement of the war is almost over.

Speaker A:

That will be a bad sign.

Speaker A:

Number three, a spy returns and the first words from their mouth are that's a sign that things aren't going well.

Speaker A:

Number two, if you go in November and leave the voting booth and instead of a sticker you're given an I voted turban, that's probably a sign the war did not go well this year.

Speaker A:

And number one, the number one sign, the Iran war not going well.

Speaker A:

The government uses the Epstein files as a distraction from war.
